We use information to respond to your request; match or connect you with independent attorneys and legal service providers; operate, secure, measure, and improve the website; attribute leads to referral partners; prevent fraud; comply with law; and protect rights and safety. We may disclose information to participating attorneys, legal service and call-center providers, hosting and messaging vendors (including Telegram for lead delivery), referral partners for attribution and reconciliation, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary storage supports the form, your privacy choice, security, and session attribution. If you accept optional storage, we may keep referral attribution for up to 30 days. You can revisit Cookie choices in the footer. This version does not place third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and consent records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or messaging platform is completely secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Referral information

Referral storage may include affiliate, subsource, UTM campaign, click identifier, landing page, and referring page values. It helps the owner understand and reconcile traffic from partner links. It does not by itself read data from other sites.
